1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup cooked long-grain white rice, cooled
1-1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Mix meat, rice, garlic and half the cheese mixture just until blended; shape into 12 balls, using about 1/3 cup for each. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min.
  • Cover with pasta sauce and remaining cheese mixture. Bake 10 min. or until meatballs are done (160ºF) and sauce is heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.

8 tablespoons Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup cheese Mexican four, shredded blend
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and slightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  • In a 1 gallon Ziploc bag combine first five ingredients and toss to mix.
  • Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken to Ziploc bag at a time and toss until well coated.
  • Lay all pieces of chicken in baking dish, sprinkle some of the leftover coating mix over the chicken.
  • Bake on center rack for 25 to 30 minutes , until cooked thoroughly.

2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup butter
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded provolone cheese
½ cup grated Romano cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan combine whipping cream and butter. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter melts. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, grated provolone cheese, and grated Romano cheese. Reduce heat to low, and continue to stir just until all cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately, sauce will thicken upon standing.

1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese (3 cups)
4 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
  • Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on low heat. Stir in flour and red pepper; cook and stir 2 min. or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream; simmer on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add remaining cheese; cook and stir 2 min. or until melted.
