4 cups mixed berries (like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
2 tablespoons Limoncello
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to combine. Serve in individual serving dishes.

Number Of Ingredients 8

5 cups crushed strawberries (about 3 pounds)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 tablespoons powdered fruit pectin
7 cups sugar
1/2 cup limoncello
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
10 half-pint jars

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, combine strawberries, water and lemon juice. Stir in pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil. Boil and stir 1 minute. Immediately stir in limoncello and zest., Remove from heat; skim off foam. Ladle hot mixture into 10 hot half-pint jars, leaving 1/4-in. headspace. Remove air bubbles and adjust headspace, if necessary, by adding hot mixture. Wipe rims. Center lids on jars; screw on bands until fingertip tight., Place jars in a canner with simmering water, ensuring that they are completely covered with water. Bring to a boil; process for 10 minutes. Remove jars and cool.

7 ounces Greek yogurt (recommended: Fage Total)
1/3 cup good bottled lemon curd
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups sliced strawberries (1 pint)
1 cup raspberries (1/2 pint)
1 cup blueberries (1/2 pint)
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons limoncello liqueur
1 banana, sliced
Fresh mint springs

Steps:

  • For the lemon yogurt topping, whisk together the yogurt, lemon curd, honey, and vanilla and set aside at room temperature.
  • For the fruit salad, carefully toss together the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, and limoncello. Allow them to stand at room temperature for about 5 minutes to let the berries macerate with the sugar and liqueur. Gently fold the banana into the mixture.
  • Serve bowls of fruit with a dollop of lemon yogurt on top. Top each with a sprig of fresh mint.

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 750-milliliter bottle demi-sec rosé champagne, chilled
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced, seeds discarded

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the limoncello and the strawberries. Top with the chilled rosé champagne and stir in half of the lemon wheels. Pour the sangria into ice-filled stemware. Scoop some fruit into each glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. You can also make this with a non-sparkling dry rosé wine.
