LAYERED TACO DIP WITH MEAT

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; season with 1 package taco seasoning mix. Drain and discard grease. Let beef cool completely.
- Stir sour cream, cream cheese, and remaining taco seasoning mix together in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread sour cream mixture onto a baking sheet to cover. Sprinkle about half the Cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer; top evenly with the ground beef, lettuce, and remaining Cheddar cheese, respectively. Spoon salsa over the dip.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

EASY LAYERED TACO DIP
Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together refried beans and green chiles. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate or square baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream and half a packet of taco seasoning together until smooth and creamy. Spread into the bottom of dish over refried beans mixture.
- Spread salsa on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Top with cheese, olives, tomatoes and green onions.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.

- In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter.
- Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans.

- In a clear pie pan, or similar dish, spread a layer of bean dip. Top the bean dip with a layer of guacamole. Allow the layers to thicken in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, while the bean dip and guacamole chill, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. When the chilled mixture is sufficiently thickened, spread a layer of the sour cream mixture over the layer of guacamole. Top the sour cream layer with the grated cheese. - Brown ground meat, drain off excess grease then add taco seasoning, dash of pepper. set to the side
- In slow cooker, slice the cream cheese and cover the bottom of the cooker
- Spread ground meat over cream cheese as evenly as possible
- pour salsa over meat spread out evenly
- slice velveeta cheese and place on top of salsa as evenly as possible. cover and set cooker at medium setting.
- once cheese on top has melted, stir dip to mix and it's ready to serve.
