4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 whole eggs
1 cup parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1/2 cup olive or canola oil

Steps:

  • Wash chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towel. Break eggs and beat in a shallow container. Pour parmesan cheese into shallow bowl or pan.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Dip in egg mixture and roll in cheese.
  • Have oil hot and ready to go. Place prepared chicken in hot oil and fry until golden brown and juices run clear. Place on dish on paper towels to drain. Enjoy!

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
season salt
all purpose Greek seasoning
garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, for each breast

Steps:

  • Melt butter in pan over med-high heat.
  • While butter is melting, flatten chicken breast with smooth side of tenderizer. Season chicken to your preference on both sides.
  • Put chicken in pan and flip when the chicken starts to turn white on the sides.
  • Fry for about 5 more minutes. Times are approximate. I just cook by eye-balling it. Cut in center to make sure there is no pink.
