HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON
My Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon pairs tender salmon with a simple blend of local honey, mustard, turmeric, and garlic. Not only is this dish perfect anytime, but it's also great for you!

Steps:
- Cut salmon filet into 2-inch width pieces, season with salt and pepper, and place in baking dish.
- Add Maille Dijon Originale Mustard, Maille Old Style Mustard, and remaining glaze ingredients into a bowl and whisk (paid link) until smooth.
- Top each salmon piece evenly with glaze.
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees and bake for 11 minutes.

Simply season cod steaks with vegetable oil and Dijon mustard, brown them in a pan, and finish them in the oven, for a simple, foolproof fish dinner.

- Trim fish, then season on both sides. Heat oil in a pan (which can be transferred to the oven.) Fry steaks on one side until crisp underneath. Using a pastry brush, paint Maille® Dijon Originale mustard over the top side of the cod.
- Place in a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F for around 5 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
