Steps:
- Fill a small saucepan 1/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. In a large heat-proof bowl, stir together all ingredients (except the food coloring). Place bowl on top of simmering pan of water. Stir frequently until the chocolate and butter have melted and mixture is smooth. Place 1/4 cup of melted mixture in a small bowl and color with red food coloring. Pour remaining fudge into prepared pan. Drizzle red fudge on top and use a toothpick to create a swirl affect. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove fudge from pan and peel off parchment paper. Cut fudge into squares or use decorative cookie cutters to create festive shapes. - Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Fill a small saucepan 1/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer.

- Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with lightly greased parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, place the confectioner's sugar. Pour in the fireball whiskey and mix very well with a large whisk. The mixture will look like icing.
- Next, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds at 70 percent power, or until the chips are about three-quarters melted. Stir, using the residual heat to fully melt the chocolate chips, until the mixture is smooth.
- Alternatively, melt the chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water on the stove-top.
- Scrape the melted chocolate into the sugar and liquor mixture. Stir very well.
- Pour into the prepared pan and smooth with a spatula. If desired, sprinkle the top with cinnamon candies and gently press into the fudge.
- Chill until set, about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
