1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine feta, yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and pepper in a blender or a food processor, puree until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl and serve as a spread or a dip.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, and dill with an electric mixer. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
cucumber, slices (optional)

Steps:

  • Process the cream cheese, feta cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, dill, pepper and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  • Cover and chill for 8 hours.
  • Serve with cucumber slices, if desired.
  • May be frozen up to one month. Thaw in refrigerator at least 24 hours and stir before serving.

1 cup feta cheese (low fat is fine)
1 cup ricotta cheese (low fat is fine)
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a food processor, combine feta and ricotta cheese; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended but still chunky.
