1 bottle (64 ounces) cranberry-raspberry juice, chilled
1 can (12 ounces) frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 bottle (2 liters) lemon-lime soda, chilled
Fresh raspberries
Ice cubes
Lime wedges, optional

Steps:

  • In a punch bowl, mix juice and lemonade concentrate. Stir in soda; top with raspberries. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish glasses with lime wedges.

Knock their socks off with this delicious fruit punch-inspired gelatin dessert. Get out a cinnamon stick and give it a try!

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 cups water
6 fresh or frozen tejocotes (1/4 lb.), pitted, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 cinnamon stick
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin, divided
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 cup chopped apples
12 prunes, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Bring water, tejocotes and cinnamon stick to boil in saucepan; cook 10 min. or until liquid is reduced to 3 cups. Drain tejocotes, reserving tejocotes and cooking liquid; discard cinnamon stick.
  • Add 1-3/4 cups reserved liquid to 1 pkg. gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in tejocotes and remaining fruit. Pour into 10-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  • Meanwhile, add remaining reserved liquid to remaining gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in evaporated milk; carefully spoon over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.

1-1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
4 cups cold whole milk
3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients; beat until frothy. Pour into a chilled punch bowl. Let stand for 15-20 minutes or until froth rises to the top.

5 limes, zested into ribbons
1 cup pomegranate seeds
Water, distilled if possible, for filling the ice cube molds
Four 12-ounce bottles hard lemonade, chilled
2 liters ginger ale, chilled
2 quarts pink lemonade, chilled

Steps:

  • Add the zest and pomegranate seeds to 2 Christmas tree ice cube molds, fill with water and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
  • Mix together the hard lemonade, ginger ale and pink lemonade in a large pitcher. Add the Christmas tree ice cubes to individual glasses and pour the punch over top. Serve immediately.

1 (46 ounce) can Hawaiian Punch drink
2 liters Sprite

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients in a punch bowl with ice. For a pretty effect, I floated slices of oranges on top.
  • If you have the time or inkling to do so, fill an ice cube trays with juice and use these in the punch instead of plain ice cubes.

1 hand full of mint
3 cucumber slices
2 cranberries
1 oz simple syrup
1 cup crushed ice
2 oz gin
splash of lime juice
champagne

Steps:

  • Mull mint, cucumber, cranberries and simple syrup in shaker container until mulled well. Add crushed ice to shaker then poor gin and a splash of lime juice, and shake until it's frothy. Put a few cranberries into a champagne glass to garnish, then poor mix using a strainer into the glass, then top with champagne, and garnish with cucumbers, mint and cranberries.
