5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 (10-oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, divided
9 cups popped, salted popcorn (from 1 [3.29-oz.] microwavable bag)
1 cup miniature pretzel twists
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts, coarsely chopped, divided
Cooking spray

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium. Remove and reserve 1 cup marshmallows; add remaining marshmallows to saucepan. Cook, stirring often, until just melted. Remove from heat and fold in popcorn, pretzels, ¾ cup chopped peanuts, and remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
  • Coat a 13- by- 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Press mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup peanuts. Let set until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut into 3- x 3¼-inch bars and serve.

10 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat., Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix well. Pour over popcorn and stir until well coated. Press into a buttered 13x9-in. pan. Cool slightly before cutting.

PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pkg (10 oz each) miniature marshmallows
2 bags (82.3 g each) Orville Redenbacher's® Gourmet® Butter Microwave Popcorn or 14 to 16 cups Orville Redenbacher's® Gourmet® Popping Corn, prepared according to package instructions
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
3 tablespoons coconut oil

Steps:

  • Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt the peanut butter and butter together in a medium saucepan over low heat, then stir in the marshmallows. Continue to stir until the marshmallows are melted.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the popcorn to coat evenly in the melted marshmallow mixture. Pour the popcorn mixture into the coated baking dish and spread out into an even layer.
