this reccipe came to me as i was cooking it...... very tastey... was served with baked sweet potato and tossed salad......color was great

Steps:
- 1. spray med size fry pan with non stick cooking spray...heat over med high heat add onion... cook and stir 3-5 min til getting limp...add cranberries, the juices, and apple.....cook and stir cranberries will start popping ...... after most have popped add splenda......cook 10 min more til it thickens up..... preheat oven to 350
- 2. spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.......spoon 1/2 cranberries on sheet... cut ham into serving size pieces[i got 4 out of 1 1/2 pd steak] now put reast of cranberries on top each piece of ham cover with foil... bake 25 miutes... remove from oven turn each piece of ham spoon cranberries on top place peppermint stick on top ham put back in oven for another 2o minutes to serve place ham steakes on servin platter scoop all cranberries over them sprinkle green onions over all..........

Steps:
- 1. Slice the skin from the ham. Score the fat on the ham in a diamond design and stud with cloves.
- 2. Inject 1/2 cup liqueur into ham, at 3-inch intervals.
- 3. Combine the brown sugar and the next 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes. Set the glaze aside.
- 4. Place the ham, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan; pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham.
- 5. Insert a meat thermometer, making sure it does not touch fat or bone.
- 6. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently with glaze.
- 7. Arrange the orange slices over the exposed portion of the ham; secure with wooden picks. Place a cherry half in the center of each orange slice.
- 8. Bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutes or until thermometer registers 140 degrees.
