Another dessert pizza recipe. I found this on a coupon for dole mandarin oranges. It looks amazing and I'll probably be making for a few upcoming parties.

1 (17 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese, softned
1/4 cup sugar
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 cup raspberries

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Press cookie dough on bottom of 12 inc pizza pan lined with non stick aluminum foil, bake at 350F 10 to 14 minutes or until light brown. Cool to room temperature.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until well blended. stir in 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, spread over crust.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Arrange kiwi, raspberries, and mandarin oranges over cream cheese and cut into 12 wedges.

1 (16.5 to 18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 kiwi fruit, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • Press cookie dough on bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch baking pan lined with non-stick aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 to 14 minutes or until light brown. Cool to room temperature. Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until smooth and blended. Stir in 1/2 cup lightly chopped mandarin oranges. Spread over crust. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove foil with sharp knife, cut into 12 wedges or rectangles. Arrange kiwi, strawberries and remaining mandarin oranges over cream cheese. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Steps:

  • Press cookie dough onto bottom of greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake as directed on package until golden brown; cool.

Pastry for single-crust pie
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped radishes
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • On an ungreased baking sheet, roll out crust into an 11-in. circle; prick several times with a fork. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on a wire rack. , Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese, blue cheese if desired, mayonnaise, onion salt and garlic salt. Place crust on a large serving plate.   • First spead the dipover the pizzacrust within 1/2 inch of the edge.
  • Sprinkle with th veggies & cheese. Place in a heated oven to 350F. Bake for about 5 to 8 mins or until cheese has melted.
  • Then cut int 1 1/2 inch diamond shapes.
