1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops (8 ounces each and 1 inch thick)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add pork chops; turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight., Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Though it may seem like a counterintuitive practice, extra flipping is the secret to the golden brown crust on these chops.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2- 1 1/2"-thick bone-in pork rib chops (8-10 ounces each)
Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
freshly ground pepper
8 sprigs sage
2 garlic cloves, peeled, smashed
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over mediumhigh. Season pork chops all over (including the fat cap) with salt and pepper. Cook pork chops until bottom side is golden brown, about 1 minute. Turn and cook on other side about 1 minute before turning again. Repeat this process, turning about every minute, until chops are deep golden brown and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 135°, 8-10 minutes (cooking time will depend on thickness of chops).
  • Remove pan from heat and add sage, garlic, and butter, smashing garlic into butter. Tilt skillet and spoon foaming butter and drippings over pork chops, making sure to baste the fat cap as well as the rib. Transfer pork chops to a cutting board and let rest at least 5 minutes (pork will come to 145° as it sits).
  • Cut away bone and slice pork about 1/4" thick. Serve with any juices from the cutting board spooned over top.

2 cups soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon molasses
6 bone-in pork loin chops (1-1/2 inches thick)
SAUCE:
3/4 cup ketchup
2/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons water
1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard

Steps:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses to a boil. Remove from the heat; cool to room temperature. pour into a large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and refrigerate for 3-6 hours., Drain and discard marinade. Place pork chops in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear.

This is a no-brainer. You can either cook these on top of the range or throw them into the oven on a low temperature. Serve with white rice.

1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
2 onions, sliced

My Kidz Favorite Pork Chops image

This recipe will fall off of the bone. Don't be alarmed by the beer, as it will cook off while the pork chops are braising. If you would like, you can substitute Chicken Broth or Vegetable Broth for the beer. The flavors will give you a tangy taste with not too much effort. Great for unexpected guests. I posted this recipe on another site, but I want to keep all of my recipes together in one place. You can either cook the chops on top of the range or throw them into the oven on a low temperature (about 300 degrees for 1 - 2 hours). Serve with white rice.

1 bottle full bodied beer

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh gingerroot, chopped very fine
8 ounces newcastle brown ale (or any good, dark and slightly sweet beer)

  • Put soy, brown sugar, ginger, and Newcastle in a container, mix well then add the chops.

  • Remove the chops from the marinade, and discard the used marinade. FAVORITE BREADED PORK CHOPS

When I was young my mom encouraged me to cook for our family of 6 by paying me extra allowance for any dinners I prepared. More than 25 years later this is still a favorite of mine, as a cook, and of my picky family. I prefer Johnny's Pork and Chicken Seasoning but if you can't find it use your favorite poultry seasoning or just use salt. Since today's pork chops are much leaner than they used to be I usually spritz the top of the pork chops with olive oil before baking otherwise there isn't enough moisture for the breading.

2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 pork loin chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick (the thicker the better, if thicker than 3/4 inch increase cooking time slightly)
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except pork chops and milk.
  • Dip pork chops in milk.
  • Shake/dredge pork chops in breading mixture, coating both sides.
  • Bake at 450 degrees on a rack in a shallow roasting pan until done and brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Note: I quadruple the breading mixture so I have it on hand. This way I can have dinner on the table in 45 minutes from start to finish.
