EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE RECIPE
Steps:
- Line a 8 by 8 casserole dish with wax paper.
- Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, remove bowl and stir, stir stir.
- Microwave the fudge at 15 second intervals, stirring like crazy until the white chocolate chips are completely melted and the fudge is completely combined.
- Add vanilla and stir for about an additional minute until the fudge is glossy and vanilla is completely mixed in.
- Pour fudge and spread evenly into prepared dish. Allow fudge time to chill and set up. (you can speed up the process by placing in the fridge once it has cooled.)

- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. - Combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in a glass bowl and melt in the microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine, it should come together very quickly and be smooth and creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar a cup or so at a time. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Grease an 8-9" pan with butter or line with parchment. Transfer the fudge mixture to the pan and press into the pan. Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- Combine the butter and peanut butter in a 4-quart microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir and microwave on high for 2 more minutes. (Use caution when removing this mixture from the microwave, it will be very hot.) Add the vanilla and powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. The mixture will become hard to stir and lose its sheen. Spread into a buttered 8 by 8-inch pan lined with parchment paper. Fold the excess parchment paper so it covers the surface of the fudge and refrigerate until cool, about 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

- First you will need the following utensils:.
- 1 Heavy Stock Pot.
- 1 Small Glass of Cold Tap Water.
- Wooden Spoon.
- Teaspoon.
- 1 Greased 9x12 in Cake Pan.

- Place first 3 ingredients in Pot, and over Medium High Heat bring to a rolling boil. *Stirring Constantly* to prevent Burning.
- Once you have reached a rolling boil , continue to boil for several Minutes.
- Take your teaspoon and gather up a small amount and drop it into the glass of cold water. If it forms a soft ball, it is done. If not, continue to boil for another minute or two until it does.
- Once it has reached the soft ball stage, Immediately remove from heat and add the remainder of the ingredients in this order:.

- Immediately pour into cake pan and spread if necessary. Let Cool at room.
