ESPRESSO OLD FASHIONED
Try this twist on an old fashioned cocktail, with a double shot of espresso accompanying the classic flavours of bourbon and Angostura bitters

Steps:
- Mix a double shot (60ml) espresso with 50ml bourbon, 10ml brown sugar syrup and 2 dashes Angostura bitters in a shaker with lots of ice. Shake and strain into a short glass and garnish with a twist of orange zest.

ESPRESSO OLD FASHIONED
Steps:
- In a chilled cocktail shaker, add the sugar cube, bitters, Luxardo syrup, espresso powder and 1/2 teaspoon water, then muddle.
- Add 3 to 4 ice cubes and the egg white and shake until chilled. Add the whiskey and shake again. Strain the cocktail over a large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with the skewered cherries. Squeeze the orange twist over the drink; drop the twist into the drink. Serve immediately.
