BREAKFAST SUPREME WITH AVOCADO, TOAST, AND EGG

Steps:
- Toast bread in a toaster until medium brown, about 2 minutes. Spread each slice equally with barbeque sauce.
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Crack eggs in and fry on both sides, about 4 minutes.
- Place each fried egg on a piece of toast. Top each with 1/4 of an avocado. Sprinkle an equal amount of cheese on top of each toast.

Steps:
- Must use glass baking dish and put together the night before. Coat an 8 x 10 inch baking dish with butter and spread half of cheese on bottom. Break eggs one beside the other on top of the cheese break yolks, but do not mix them up. Cook sausage and hamburger and drain off fat, then crumble over eggs. Pour cream over all. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Let stand overnight (refrigerated), then bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
