EASY STRAWBERRY COBBLER
Easiest strawberry cobbler ever using canned crescent rolls and frozen fruit with syrup. Any canned fruit can be substituted as well. Delicious and wonderful served hot with ice cream.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
- Unroll, but do not separate, one can of crescent roll dough. Lay the dough flat on the bottom of the prepared cake pan and pour strawberries evenly over top.
- Unroll the remaining dough over the strawberries without separating. Cut butter into cubes and dot over top. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Mix together strawberries and sugar. Put in saucepan; bring to boil. Set aside. BATTER: Mix together sugar, flour and milk. Blend until moistened. Pour batter over melted butter. Put strawberry mixture over batter. Bake 30 minutes. Delicious with vanilla ice cream.

- Preheat oven to 350
- melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven.
- In medium sauce pot over medium heat add strawberry's, water, and 1 cup of the sugar, and the juice of the lemon bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix together flour, milk, and the rest of the sugar.
- Pour flour mixture on top of melted butter. Don't Stir!
- Add strawberries and the syrup on top of the flour mixture. Don't Stir.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

- Wash, hull and quarter strawberries. Place in the bottom of an 8" square baking dish.
- Combine sugar and baking mix in a medium bowl with a fork. Stir in egg and mix...it will be clumpy.
- I used coconut sugar which looks like brown sugar, but doesn't clump and is low glycemic.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the strawberries in baking dish. Drizzle butter evenly over the baking mix.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until brown on top. Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream or cold with whipped cream.
