I recently bought a bar mixer, and have been using it almost every day since! Feel free to experiment with the recipe. It's great for a quick breakfast-on-the run. The amount of low-fat milk is a guess, as I usually just estimate how much I need. The yield is also an estimate, as I usually just drink all of it. Enjoy!

200 g strawberry yogurt
1 banana
1 cup low-fat milk
strawberry, to taste

  • 1. Place all ingredients in a blender, or bar mixer.

1 scoop vanilla ice cream
3 scoops strawberry ice cream
5 ice cubes
1 -2 tablespoon sugar (depending on how sweet you like it!)
275 ml milk

  • Chop banana.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend for 35 seconds or until it's of the right consistency.
