After trying several recipes, I combined a little from each one & came up with super-easy & VERY tasty recipe.

4 -6 pork chops, depending on size (or Chicken, pieces or breasts)
1 (6 ounce) box chicken (any kind...I use store brand) or 1 (6 ounce) box pork stuffing mix (any kind...I use store brand)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (or, your choice...mushroom,celery,etc.)
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup water (OR milk...to mix with soup)
6 ounces shredded cheese (type & amt. your choice...I vary,mozzarella,cheddar,colby..)
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place chops in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix stuffing with 1 cup water, melted butter and can of corn.
  • Spread stuffing mixture into dish, around and covering chops.
  • Mix soup with 1/2 cup water and pour over stuffing mixture, concentrated mainly over chops.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over all.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

When we say this BBQ Pork Chop Stuffing Bake is easy, we mean weeknight easy. Easy enough to pop in the oven in a mere 15 minutes easy. Really, very easy.

6 bone-in pork chops (2-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. orange zest

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook chops in skillet on medium heat 4 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, sugar and zest. Add to stuffing; mix lightly. Spoon over chops.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

6 boneless lean pork chops
1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 medium onion, sliced in rings

Steps:

  • Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Heat to medium-hot and sear pork chops on both sides until browned. (Meat may not be done in the middle.)
  • While chops are browning, mix cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
  • When chops are browned, place them on the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover the chops with the onion rings. Pour the mushroom soup mix over all this.
  • Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for one hour. Makes its own gravy.
