Steps:
- Pour about 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a large, cast-iron Dutch oven with lid. Spread the sauce around evenly.
- Place down a layer of three lasagna noodles, and spread about 3/4 cup of spaghetti sauce over them. Lay in the broccoli and sprinkle with 2/3 cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat this layering of noodles, sauce, vegetables, and cheese using the cauliflower, green peas, and corn.
- Cover the corn with the last three remaining lasagna noodles, and spread the remaining spaghetti sauce on top. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
- Place the lid on the Dutch oven, and place 12 hot coals underneath and 12 coals on top. Cook for 75 minutes or until noodles are soft and tender. Remove the coals, and allow to stand for about 10 minutes to firm up a bit before serving.

Steps:
- 1. Separate the mozzarella cheese in 1 cup, 2 cups and another 1 cup. Set the boiled, chopped eggs aside. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Brown the ground beef and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Drain the ground beef then add the 2 jars of ragu pasta sauce and the 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and salt. Keep sauce on low while making the cheese and egg mixture.
- 3. Cheese and egg mixture: In a large bowl, combine the 2 eggs and whisk (not the boiled eggs). Add to it the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella and 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes. Mix well.
- 4. Now you are ready to assemble. Spray your 9x13 baking pan. Make sure it is a deep one. Layer 4 uncooked lasagna noodles in the bottom. If you have to over lap a little, that's ok.
- 5. On top of the noodles, add 2 cups of the meat sauce, then on top of the noodles add (half) of the cheese and egg mixture. Now sprinkle (half) of the chopped boiled eggs on top.
- 6. Layer two: add 4 more lasagna noodles, top with 2 cups of the meat sauce and then top with 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
- 7. Layer three: another 4 uncooked noodles, top with 1 1/2 cups of the meat sauce and the rest of the cheese and egg mixture.
- 8. Last layer: 4 more noodles, then top with the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle the rest of the chopped boiled eggs on top.
- 9. Pour the 1/4 cup water along the sides, inside the pan. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then take the pan out and add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and cover back up with the foil and let sit out for 10 minutes. It is important that you let it sit before serving. Easy and Delish!

EASY OVEN LASAGNA
I always loved my mom's lasagna growing up, and when I got her recipe I was shocked to see how easy it is to make! Yay for me, I like it easy. (My husband likes it with his mom's spaghetti sauce. It's a great recipe and it's called "Lynda's Spaghetti Sauce")
