1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup Key lime juice or lime juice
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
2 cups whipped topping
Lime slices, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in milk and lime juice until blended. Transfer to crust. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours. Just before serving, garnish with whipped topping and, if desired, lime slices.

This light and fluffy, no-bake key lime pie is perfect for spring and summer. And you won't believe how easy it is to put together!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden; cool completely.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl. Gradually beat in key lime juice with an electric mixer until smooth and thickened.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream and 1/4 cup sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream in to key lime mixture.
  • Spoon filling into cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 cup whipped topping

  • Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until crust just begins to brown. Cool on a wire rack., For lime filling, combine the sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in a saucepan. Stir in water until smooth. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Reduce heat; cook and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from the heat. Stir a small amount for hot filling into egg yolks; return all to the pan, stirring constantly.
