Number Of Ingredients 6

1 box lemon cake mix
2 stick unsalted butter
1 c 7 up
1/2 c sour cream
5 large eggs
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Steps:

  • 1. (Pre-Heat Oven to 350*) Mix together cake mix, pudding, butter, and sour cream. Next,Add vanilla, 1 egg and a little 7 up, and mix, repeat this method until you have used all the eggs and 7 up. Mix another 2 mins.
  • 2. Pour into a greased and, floured Bundt Pan. Tap on counter to make sure there is no air in mix, bake for 35-40 mins. At 35 min mark check using toothpick method. Let cake cool for 30 min and turn out on cake plate. Glaze with "Easy Glaze" and let sit another 10 mins. Enjoy!!

1 c sugar
1/4 c cake flour
1/8 tsp salt
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c milk, scalded
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
5 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh
2 tsp lemon rind, grated

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 325F. Lightly grease & flour custard cups.
  • 2. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
  • 3. Beat egg whites with the sugar until sift peaks & glossy.
  • 4. Combine wet ingredients to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Make sure not to over fold.
  • 5. Pour into custard cups, set in pan of hot water & bake for 45 mins.
  • 6. Let cool.

1 box lemon cake mix
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups water, divided
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 (3-ounce) boxes instant lemon pudding
2 cups milk
Powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13- by 9-inch pan. Add cake mix to a large bowl and make a well in the center. Add eggs, 1 1/4 cups water and vegetable oil to the well. Mix until well combined with a handheld mixer. Pour batter into the prepared pan. In another bowl, add lemon pudding, 1 1/4 cups water and milk. Mix until well combined. Drop spoonfuls of the pudding mixture onto the cake batter, making sure to cover evenly. Using a spatula, spread out the lemon pudding. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
