This recipe is quick and easy but loaded with flavors. This recipe is perfect for brunch, holiday gatherings, or a quick easy meal.

12 extra large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups ham (cooked and cubed)
15 oz hash brown potatoes (frozen (about half a bag))
8 oz cream cheese (cut into 1/2" cubes)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded )
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and ham. Then fold in the cream cheese to distribute it through the mixture. Transfer the hash brown mixture to a greased 9x13" baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy cream together. Then pour the mixture over the hash browns in the casserole dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the center is just set and springs back when touched.

18 (1 ounce) slices white bread, cubed
8 ounces cooked ham, cubed
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups diced Swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 ½ cups milk
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
½ cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Line the bottom of the dish with half the bread cubes. Sprinkle with ham, Cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese, and top with remaining bread. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, and onion powder. Pour evenly over bread. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, blend the crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Spread evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

16 slices bread (cubed and divided)
16 ounces cubed cooked ham (1 package)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground mustard
pinch pepper
pinch cayenne pepper
1½ cups cornflakes (crushed)
3 Tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Place 8 slices of cubed bread on the bottom a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with ham and cheeses and then the remaining cubed bread.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, ground mustard, and peppers. Pour over bread, ham, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours (or overnight).
  • Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together crushed cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over top the casserole and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Serve warm.

3 medium English muffins, split
12 large eggs
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
¼ cup chopped green onions

Steps:
