Steps:
- In medium saucepan, melt 2 Tablespoons of butter, cook onion until tender.
- Add water; bring to boil.
- Stir in noodles& sauce and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Meanwhile in large skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
- add garlic; cook over medium high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp& artichoke; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in parsley& pepper.
- To serve, add shrimp mixture to noodles.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
- While pasta is cooking, heat butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, making sure not to burn, about 2 minutes. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes; add tomatoes and capers. Cover and cook over medium-low heat until shrimp are completely pink, about 3 minutes more.
- Drain the penne and return it to the empty pot; toss with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Keep warm.
- Pour 1 inch of water into a pot and add a steamer basket. Bring water to a boil and add asparagus. Cover the pot and steam until al dente, about 3 minutes.
- Scoop 1/4 of the spaghetti onto a plate. Add 1/4 of the asparagus and 1/4 of the shrimp mixture, making sure to include the butter sauce as well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a lemon wedge. Repeat with remaining spaghetti, asparagus, shrimp, Parmesan, and lemon wedges for each serving.

- 1. Mix all ingredients by hand in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- 2. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to a wok or heavy non-stick pan. Heat over high heat until oil is very hot.
- 3. Add shrimp and stir quickly otherwise shallots and garlic will burn. Cook until shrimp are pink in color and firm to the touch. Approximately 3-4 minutes depending on how large your shrimp are. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 4. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to remnants in pan. Add fresh broccoli pieces or green beans and stir fry until bright green in color and remove from heat. Serve with jasmine rice or couscous.

- Make the marinade by combining in a mixing bowl the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, lime juice, and chili. Stir well. Place shrimp in the marinade and stir well to coat; set aside.

- Heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat; add in garlic and cayenne pepper, saute stirring for about 2 minutes or until softened.
- Add in wine and bring to a boil over medium heat; simmer uncovered until reduced by at least half.

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper. Place on a roasting pan and roast 20 minutes.
- Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive, salt and pepper. Flip potatoes and add asparagus to the potatoes on the roasting pan. Roast 10 minutes (If asparagus is thin it can be added with the shrimp).
- Combine garlic butter ingredients. Toss half of the garlic butter mixture with the shrimp. Add shrikmpto the pan and roast an additional 6-8 minutes or until shrimp is cooked.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley over top.
- Serve with remaining melted garlic butter for dipping or drizzling.
