1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
4 tilapia fillets (1 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 cup KRAFT Tartar Sauce
1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cover baking sheet with parchment. Pour dressing into pie plate, then empty coating mix into shaker bag.
  • Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, into dressing, then add to shaker bag; shake to evenly coat fish with coating mix. Place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.

This is an easy and less time consuming indian meal . I have common South Indian veg. Curry which can make in pressure cooker and salmon fish fry in air fryer and for carb I made gluten free rice in the rice cooker . 1/2 cup lentils (thor dhal)
2 cups water
2 potatoes
1 -2 onion
2 -3 tomatoes
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup carrot
1 teaspoon herbs (curry leaf)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 tsp raw mango powder (amchoor)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek, 1/2 tsp asefoetida powder
3 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water (to cover)
1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
2 chilies (dry red split)
1 teaspoon herbs (curry leaves)
2 tablespoons oil
1 lb salmon
2 teaspoons ginger (grated)
4 -5 garlic cloves
1 serrano pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups white rice

Steps:

  • Fish fry : cut fish into desired pieces.
  • Place all ingredients in the blender to make a paste.
  • marinate the fish 15 min - overnight.
  • place the marinated fish in the air fryer for 8min each side with 350 F.
  • serve with red onions cut.
  • Veg.Stew(Sambar): mix all the ingredients until water to cover in pressure cooker.
  • cook on stove top until the whistle blows.
  • turn off the burner and wait until the pressure knob goes down.
  • Add tamarind pulp.
  • In a separate pan fry mustard seeds.
  • when it pops add red chilies and curry leaves.
  • turn off the burner.
  • add the above into the pressure cooker.
  • mix well and serve with rice and fish fry.
