Who would have thought you could make LASAGNA in the CROCK POT!! DH likes this version more than the oven baked one.

Steps:
- Brown beef, add onion and garlic - cook until onion is softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, salt and oregano - mix well.
- Spread one fourth of the meat sauce in an ungreased slow cooker. Arrange one third of the noodles over the sauce.
- Combine the cheeses.
- Spoon one third of the cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat layers twice.
- Top with remaining meat sauce.
- Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add brown sugar and spaghetti sauce and heat through.
- Spoon a thin layer of sauce over the bottom of a sprayed slow cooker. Add a single layer of frozen ravioli (do not thaw). Cover with half the remaining sauce, then half the cheese. Repeat layers (you will probably have a few ravioli left over).
- Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours or until very hot and cheese has melted. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Mix ricotta, 1-1/2 cups mozzarella, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, and egg.
- Spoon 1 cup meat sauce into slow cooker; top with layers of half each of the noodles (broken to fit) and cheese mixture.
- Cover with 2 cups meat sauce.
- Top with remaining noodles (broken to fit), cheese mixture and meat sauce.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until liquid is absorbed.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheeses; let stand, covered, 10 min. or until melted.
EASY CROCK -POT LASAGNA
Steps:
- Cook noodles according to package directions till just tender, drain well. Brown sausage & drain well. Spray inside of crock-pot w/non-stick spray, then lightly coat w/ olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, stir to mix. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-5 hours. Do not stir!.If desired,top with additional sauteed garlic & shredded mozzarella. Serve with crusty bread & a crisp salad. YUMMY!
