EASY COLA CHICKEN
The kids won't complain about dinner tonight when they hear they're having Cola Chicken. Simple and tasty with only a few ingredients.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the chicken pieces into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and cola. Pour over the chicken. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, until the chicken is no longer pink.

EASY COLA CHICKEN
A friend of mine gave me this recipe, because I couldn't believe the flavor! It was all in the cola and jelly. The only change I made was, I used diet cola instead of regular cola, but you can use either one, The taste is still the same, but just w/out all the added sugar.

Steps:
- 1. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place chicken thighs in skillet.
- 2. In lg bowl, stir together jelly, mustard, salt and pepper. Slowly stir in 1 cup cola. Mix well. Pour mix over chicken. Cook chicken in skillet over high heat until it boils. reduce heat to med-high. Cover, cook 10 mins, basting chicken w/ juices.
- 3. Reduce heat to medium. Cover, cook 15 mins, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. baste w/ sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
