6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
ΒΌ cup heavy whipping cream
2 (1 ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Arrange raspberries on the bottom of the pie crust and slowly pour cream cheese mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until center is almost set, 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Combine cream and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Pour chocolate glaze over the cooled pie and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I found this recipe in a magazine years ago and it is requested quite a bit from family and friends. It is very easy to make! You can experiment with different pudding flavors or even make the pie fat free by substituting the ingredients with fat free ones.

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon milk, cold
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed, divided
2 9-inch Oreo cookie pie crust, store bought
2 cups milk, cold
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix, 4 serving size each

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoons milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Spread onto bottom of crusts.
  • Pour 2 cups milk into another large bowl.
  • Add pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended (mixture will be thick).
  • Immediately stir in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread over cream cheese layer in crusts.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  • Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust (or homemade 8 or 9-inch graham crust)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar (or more or less to suit teaste)
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup mini chocolate chip

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually beat in sugar.
  • Blend in the sour cream and vanilla.
  • FOLD in the whipped topping.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Chill until set (at least 4 hours).

one 4 oz. pkg. bakers german sweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk
2 tbs sugar
one 3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
one 8 oz. container cool whip
1 oreo cookie pie crust, or baked pastry

Steps:

  • 1. Beat sugar into cream cheese.
  • 2. Heat Chocolate and 2 TBS milk over low heat, stirring till melted.
  • 3. Add rest of milk and chocolate mixture to cream cheese in bowl,beat with mixer, on low,till smooth.
  • 4. Fold cool whip into chocolate mixture and blend well, by hand.
  • 5. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hrs. Best overnight. Garnish with chocolate curls and dollops of whipped topping if desired.
  • 6. Best part is that pie can be made 2-3 days before planned use. Be sure to cover pie so that it does not pick up any icebox odors. Very rich. Enjoy!!!

0.75 cups sugar
3 units eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet
1 packages graham cracker crust
2 tablespoons whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 f.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1 2/3 cups small chocolate chips; pour into crust.
  • 3. Bake 10 minutes. Without opening oven door reduce temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 30 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool completely. Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  • 4. Place remaining 1/3 cup chips and whipping cream in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave at high 20 or 30 seconds or just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred; cool slightly. Spread over cheese pie. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheese pie.
