Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Make brownie mix as directed on box, using oil, water and 2 eggs; Spread in pan.
  • Make cookie mix as directed on pouch, using butter and 1 egg.
  • Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls evenly onto brownie batter; press down lightly.

½ cup water

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan generously with cooking spray.

1 box brownie mix (prepare as dirrected on box)

1/2 c chocolate chips, mini

COATING
1 lb dark chocolate bark (melted in double boiler)
1 jar(s) optional: chocolate (or multi colored sprinkles)
PREPARATION OF WAFFLE IRON:
1 can(s) cooking spray (spay waffle iron as needed)

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare your favorite brownie batter or use a box mix. Add the mini chocolate chips and stir them in evenly.
  • 2. Spray and then heat waffle iron.
  • 3. Put about a tablespoon of batter into each section of your waffle iron. Close the lid and bake 3-6 minutes (or until cooked and not burnt!) Remove from waffle iron and let cool.
  • 4. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Dip each waffle brownie into the chocolate. Place on a wax paper lined baking sheet to cool and let the chocolate solidify.
  • 5. *** Chocolate tends to burn easier than other waffle iron recipes, so you may need to adjust heat and time accordingly. *** While the melted chocolate is still wet and melted... you can sprinkle with chocolate or colored sprinkles. *** Another topping instead of melted chocolate is: 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa powder Mix together well and sift onto the warm brownie waffles.

3 hershey chocolate bars (regular size)
1 brownie mix
3 eggs
1 c vegetable oil/ or canola oil
1 c water
mixing bowl
pan
cooking spray
Opt. confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Put your brownie mix into your bowl
  • 2. Add your eggs,water, and oil.
  • 3. Mix all of that together and spray your brownie pan.
  • 4. Put half of the brownie mix into the pan
  • 5. Then put the three hershey bars in. (you can leave them whole or break them up)
  • 6. Pour the rest of the brownie batter over the candy bars.
  • 7. Put in a preheated oven on 350F
  • 8. I dont measure the baking time of my brownies, the way I know they are finnished, I take a toothpick and put it into the middle of the brownies, if it comes out runny or with batter on it, they aren't done, but if it comes out with a "cakey", or dryer texture they are finnished.
  • 9. Cut the brownies according to how you want to
  • 10. This is optional: take confectioners sugar and sprinkle it over the brownies, you can put as less or much as you want.

VERY EASY MARSHMALLOW CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Had a box of fudge brownie mix in my pantry but wanted to make them into something special. This is what I came up with using some leftover marshmallow and chocolate icing. They are a gooey chocolate treat!

1 cup(s) chopped pecan nuts
1 - 3/4 of a small jar of marshmallow
1/3 cup(s) leftover chocolate frosting

Steps:

  • Mix the brownie mix according to the directions on the box. Mix in nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted close to the edge comes out clean. Don't over bake them. Cool brownies until you can touch the pan but it still has a little heat.
  • Spread the marshmallow on top of the brownies. Now melt your icing in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Drizzle over marshmallow and then take a knife and run it through the chocolate. Sprinkle additional crushed, make them almost powdery, over the marshmallow and chocolate. Chill until set. Enjoy.
  • Note: I bet you could top these with crushed gramham crackers and they would taste just like a smore.

1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine butter,sugar, and water.
  • Stir over medium heat and bring just to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla.
  • Stir until blended and smooth.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Ina medium bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
  • Stir dry mixture into chocolate mixture.
  • Add nuts.
  • Spread into a buttered 8" square pan.
  • Bake in 325 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Cool, cut into squares and enjoy.
