EASY BANANA-CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE

Steps:
- Dip one end of each nut half in melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; refrigerate until firm.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spoon 1-1/2 cups pudding into crust; top with banana slices. Gently stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pie. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Cool slightly.
- Top pie with remaining COOL WHIP, nuts and caramel sauce just before serving.

EASY CHOCOLATE BANANA PIE
This pie is super easy to make. It is a go to recipe when you don't have a lot of time to make dessert. I use sugar free instant chocolate pudding. I also use Lite whipped topping as well. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, however, you do have to refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together pudding mix and milk in a small bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes.
- 2. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
- 3. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture into pie crust.
- 4. Place banana slices over pudding.
- 5. Pour remaining pudding over bananas.
- 6. Top with remaining whipped topping.
- 7. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- 8. Add shaved chocolate on top of pie for presentation. (optional)
