8 pecan halves
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups plus 1 Tbsp. cold milk, divided
1 pkg. chocolate cookie crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup sliced banana
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
10 KRAFT Caramels

Steps:

  • Dip one end of each nut half in melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet; refrigerate until firm.
  • Meanwhile, beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spoon 1-1/2 cups pudding into crust; top with banana slices. Gently stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pie. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Microwave caramels and remaining milk in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.; stir until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended. Cool slightly.
  • Top pie with remaining COOL WHIP, nuts and caramel sauce just before serving.

This pie is super easy to make. It is a go to recipe when you don't have a lot of time to make dessert. I use sugar free instant chocolate pudding. I also use Lite whipped topping as well. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare, however, you do have to refrigerate for a couple of hours.

1-3.9 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 c milk
1 small banana, sliced
1-8oz. non dairy whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. Mix together pudding mix and milk in a small bowl with a whisk for 2 minutes.
  • 2. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
  • 3. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture into pie crust.
  • 4. Place banana slices over pudding.
  • 5. Pour remaining pudding over bananas.
  • 6. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • 7. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • 8. Add shaved chocolate on top of pie for presentation. (optional)
