1 (8 inch) flour tortilla
2 ounces shredded Oaxaca cheese
1 tablespoon Buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon ranch dressing
2 ounces chopped cooked chicken breast

Steps:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place tortilla onto skillet and top with Oaxaca cheese. Drizzle on Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Place chicken one half of the tortilla and cook until cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Fold the tortilla in half, enclosing the filling. Flip once in the pan, and cook until both sides are golden brown, about 3 minutes more.
  • Remove from skillet and cut quesadilla into 4 triangles.

1 large flour tortilla (10 inch)
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, chopped
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray; line with tortilla. Spray lightly with additional cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in tortilla crust; top with 1 cup cheese, peppers and cilantro. Whisk eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and garlic powder until blended; pour over ingredients in crust. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

1 pkg tortillas, flour
1 jar(s) salsa, chunky
1 jar(s) salsa con queso
cooking spray
3~4 can(s) chicken

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet add together can chicken, 1/2 jar of both salsa's, heat through.
  • 2. Put chicken mix in a bowl & set aside, add heaping spoonfuls in the middle of each tortilla, moisten the ends of the tortilla with water, fold & seal. spray the pan each time with cooking spray and cook each tortilla on each side till golden brown.
  • 3. Cut into triangles, "serve with salsa, Pico de Gallo, or guacamole"

1 red onion, sliced
1/3 cup HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
4 KRAFT Singles
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Cook onions in boiling water 5 min. or until tender; drain. Place onions in medium bowl. Add vinegar and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Grill chicken 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min. Cut into thin strips.
  • Top tortillas with chicken, onions and Singles; fold in half. Grill 1 to 2 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides. Sprinkle with cilantro.
