Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and milk together in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until the cheese is completely melted and the liquid is heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Spread hash brown potatoes into a casserole dish; pour soup mixture over the potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven until the edges begin to brown, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the dish; let the cheese melt as the dish cools slightly before serving, about 10 minutes.

- 1. In large bowl mix together squash, potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder. In large pan, add olive oil "on medium High heat" pour in squash/potato mixture and saute` for 8-10 mins. Pour back into bowl and add cream of chicken and cream of cheddar and mix in cooked bacon until all combined. Pour in 9x13 baking dish or pan (I line mine with foil) Sprinkle crushed croutons on top, then shredded Cheese. Bake on 350* for 30 mins. I hope you enjoy :)
EASY CHEESY HASH BROWNS POTATO CASSEROLE
I found this recipe on another website years ago and have been making it ever since. There are similar recipes on this website but I can't stray from this one, it's the best! These potatoes are a staple at my family functions, even my very picky little cousins love them. I usually prepare it a day in advance and bake it when needed.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F Lightly grease one 13x9 baking dish.
- Place thawed potatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl combine: 1/2 cup of the melted butter, condensed soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, and onion. Mix well and spread over potatoes.
- Top evenly with crushed cornflakes and drizzle the remainined 1/2 cup of melted butter.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x12-inch (or 2-quart) baking dish with nonstick spray; set aside.
- 2. In large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well blended. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. At this step, feel free to add other ingredients you desire, such as crumbled cooked bacon, chopped cooked ham, chopped bell pepper, or finely chopped jalapeno pepper.
