Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Slit hot dogs to within 1/2 inch of ends; insert 3 strips of cheese into each slit.
- Separate dough into triangles. Wrap dough triangle around each hot dog. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, cheese side up.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Roll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over dough. Lay a hot dog at the base of each triangle and roll dough around hot dog.
- Bake in the preheated oven until rolls are golden and hot dogs are plump, about 12 minutes.

CHEESY HOT DOGS
Boiled hot dogs are place on a buttered slice of bread with cheese, folded in half and baked until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Baking time will vary with your oven. These are easy to make and really good.

Steps:
- Cook hot dogs in boiling water until done.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non stick spray.
- Spread butter on both sides of each piece of bread.
- Put a slice of cheese on one side of bread.
- Place a hot dog in the middle.
- Fold up the sides.
- Pin with a toothpick.
- Then lay hot dog sandwiches side by side in the baking pan.
- Bake until bread is toasted brown and cheese is melted.
- Watch carefully so they don't burn.

CHEESY HOT DOGS WITH PICKLE-PEPPER RELISH

- Make the relish: Combine the vinegar, sugar, celery seeds and mustard seeds in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until syrupy, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; let cool slightly. Stir in the dill pickles, yellow peppers, pimientos, pickled jalapenos and chives. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Season with salt.
- Preheat a grill to medium high. Grill the hot dogs, turning, until well marked, 4 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, open the buns and toast cut-side down on the grill. Brush the insides of the buns with the melted butter and arrange the cheese inside; cover to melt, 1 to 2 more minutes.
- Drain the relish. Serve the hot dogs on the cheesy buns; top with ketchup, mustard and the relish.
