This is a family favorite on my fathers side of the family, Its so simple and yet tastes like it took you hours!!! Hope that this dessert makes its way to your dinner table soon! Enjoy.

CHEESECAKE FILLING
1 8 oz container of cool whip
2 pkg of 3 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
CRUST
20-22 squares of graham crackers crushed
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c sugar
TOPPING
1 can(s) of any pie filling of your choice

Steps:

  • 1. Pre heat oven to 350* (i put my pie filling in the fridge) Crush graham crackers and mix in sugar and butter and press into a un-greased pie pan, or you may buy a already made pie crust. bake for 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Blend cream cheese(room temp) and powder sugar untill smooth,stir in cool whip (by hand) and add vanilla .
  • 3. Pour into cool graham cracker crust and chill till firm, (at least one hour) Once firm, cover cheese cake with pie filling and cut into 6-8 slices and serve cold. ENJOY!

An easy no-bake cheesecake using powdered whipped topping and flavored with cherry brandy. Decorate with chocolate syrup and fresh fruit slices, or just serve on its own.

1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup butter, melted
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 fluid ounces cherry brandy

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping powder as directed on package and beat until thick. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and drop them into the whipped topping, one at a time, while beating. Pour in the cherry brandy and beat another 5 minutes at high speed.
  • Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or until set.
