- In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Pat into a 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar; stir in vanilla. Combine flour and salt; add to egg mixture. Fold in coconut and walnuts. Spread over baked crust. Return to oven and bake 20-25 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

ORANGE PULL-APART BREAD

- Open tube of crescent rolls; do not unroll. Place on a greased baking sheet, forming one long roll. Cut into 12 slices to within 1/8 in. of bottom, being careful not to cut all the say through. Fold down alternating slices from left to right to form a loaf. , Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Combine butter, honey and orange zest; brush over the loaf. Serve warm.

DOUBLE DREAM SLICE
I found this in a New Zealand Cook book... it makes a mountain load and is really eazy to make. They freeze well and are always a hit.

Steps:
- 1. BASE... Preheat oven to 190 degrees C. Melt the butter/marg and add the sugar to it. Sift in the flour and baking powder. Press into 2 lined, 20 X 30cm pan with high sides. Cook in preheated oven for 10 mins
- 2. TOPPING... Beat eggs with the sugar. Pour over dry ingredients in a large bowl, Mix well. Pour over the 2 partially cooked bases and smooth over. Cook a further 40 mins at 160 degrees C. Top of slice should be slightly golden brown
- 3. When slightly cooled, take out of the pan and cut into fingers. This makes ALOT but can be frozen...
