CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE PIE

- In a microwave-safe dish, combine the chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of cream; cook on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Cool to room temperature. , Stir in sugar and vanilla; set aside. In a small bowl, beat remaining cream until soft peaks form. Beat in chocolate mixture on high, one third at a time; mix well. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and candies if desired.

DIVINE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE
This pie is so easy, and yet so deliciously sinful, no one would ever know it only took you 15 minutes to WHIP it up!!

- In your mixer, whip your heavy whipping cream until soft peaks. Add pudding and whip, scraping down the bowl sides to incorporate altogether. (It will get really stiff!!) While whipping on medium speed, pour in milk, little at a time, until you get consistency you like. It will lighten up and get fluffy. Fold in chocolate chips and scoop into prepared (cooled) pie crust. Decorate top with cool whip, berries, chocolate chips, etc. Refrigerate for one hour. EAT!! =)
