DILLY SCRAMBLED EGGS
Steps:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Add cheese and dill. Cook and stir until set and cheese is melted.

DILLY SCRAMBLED EGGS
My good friend had me over for brunch and we had these eggs. Most of us know how to make good scrambled eggs. This is a delicious change from the norm. Great for brunch or dinner.

Steps:
- 1. Heat butter and/or oil in a medium skillet over medium low heat.
- 2. Whisk together eggs, dill and onion until well blended and frothy. (Don't do this too early)
- 3. Pour into skillet and stir gently until set, a little moist, but not runny.(They will continue to cook a bit after you take them off of the heat) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
