1 (13 7/8 ounce) can pillsbury pizza crusts
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 lb cooked turkey slice, cut into 1-inch strips
1 -2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425º. Lightly spray 12" pizza pan or 9x13 pan. Unroll dough and place on pan. Press out to form crust. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over dough. Bake 10-12 min or light golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Drain. In small bowl mix mayo and lemon peel until blended,
  • Spread mayo over crust. Top with jack cheese, basil, turkey, bacon, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with the swiss.
  • Bake 7-9 min or cheese is melted and crust has browned.

1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cubed cooked turkey
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
2 medium fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Unroll pizza dough and press onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan; build up edges slightly. Sprinkle with sesame sees. Bake at 425° for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned., Combine mayonnaise and lemon zest; spread over crust. Top with tomato, turkey, bacon, mushrooms, onion and cheese. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into slices.

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
4 ounces deli turkeys breast slices, cut into 1-inch strips
6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked
2 small Italian plum tomatoes or 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan or 13 x 9-inch pan. Unroll dough and place in greased pan starting at center, press out with hands. Sprinkle sesame seed evenly over dough. Bake at 425°F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise and lemon peel blend well. Spread mixture over partially baked crust. Top with Monterey Jack cheese, 1 tablespoon basil, turkey strips, cooked bacon and tomatoes. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. A sassy ranch dressing is delicious on turkey burgers with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and - surprise! - radishes. Serve with Tots with Chipotle Ketchup.

Ingredients
For the burgers:
12 slices bacon
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
2 pounds ground turkey, 93% or 85% lean
4 cloves garlic, pasted or minced
3-4 tablespoons grated onion
2 teaspoons cumin (2/3 palmful)
2 teaspoons coriander (2/3 palmful)
Salt and pepper
For the ranch dressing:
1 1/2 cups regular or low fat sour cream
About 2 tablespoons lemon juice
About 2 teaspoons hot sauce
About 1 tablespoon each finely chopped dill, parsley and chives (about 1/4 cup total)
Salt and pepper
12 slider rolls, such as brioche dinner rolls, split, or 6 hamburger rolls
For the toppings:
Shredded or chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
Sliced plum or vine-ripened tomatoes
Thinly sliced radishes
Serves 6

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375ºF. Place the bacon on a rack arranged over a baking sheet or on a slotted broiler pan and bake until crisp; reserve.
  • Place the oil, about 2 tablespoons, in a bowl with the turkey, garlic, grated onion, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Form six large patties or 12 slider-size patties, making them a bit thinner at the center than the edges for even cooking and a flat, even appearance once cooked.
  • For the ranch dressing, combine the sour cream with lemon juice, hot sauce, herbs, salt and pepper. Taste to adjust the seasonings.
  • Heat a griddle, grill pan or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook large patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or slider patties for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve the burgers on buns topped with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, radishes and some dressing. Serve Tots with Chipotle Ketchup on the side.

8 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Natural Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut in half
4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
1 large tomato, cut into 4 slices
1 cup loosely packed mixed baby salad greens

Steps:

  • Mix mayo and garlic powder until blended.
  • Spread onto 4 toast slices.
  • Top with turkey, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, salad greens and remaining toast slices to make 4 sandwiches.
