5 oz (about) washed, fresh spinach
3 or 4 large stalks celery (3/4 of larger leaves removed)
1/2 fresh, large lemon with yellow peeled off
4 or 5 baby carrots
1/2-inch fresh ginger
1 large unpeeled apple (remove stem end, but leave seeds)
1/2 large unpeeled cucumber
A few sprigs of parsley
Other leafy greens as desired.

Steps:

  • Process all the ingredients in a juicer. Drink within 10-15 minutes to take advantage of the valuable enzymes. Quick-freeze any leftovers for the next day.
