EASY AND DELICIOUS BLENDER QUICHE
This recipe is quick, easy and delicious! The great part is you can use whatever leftovers (well...almost) you have on hand. This dish can be served hot or cold. Freezes very well! Use any cheese of your choice. Meat suggested: chicken, ham, or bacon. Vegetables suggested: zucchini, spinach, or broccoli.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease a 9-inch pie pan.
- Spread shredded cheese across bottom of pie pan. Cover cheese with meat and vegetables.
- In a blender, combine eggs, baking mix, salt, garlic powder, onions, parsley, and milk. Blend until smooth, then add olive oil. Blend until combined, then pour mixture over meat and vegetable layer. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.

This cheeseatastic quiche is really quick and easy to make and just tastes so good! =) Instead of using the chesses I used, you could also just take any four or even more cheeses that go well together. Just be creative. =)

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut onions, leek and feta cheese into small cubes. Grate gouda, emmenthaler and parmesan cheese finely.
- Line a round spring form (aprox. 26 cm diameter) with the phyllo pastry.
- Mix together the eggs, the milk and the cream. Blend in the cheese (best using your hands).
- Pour the mixture into the spring form and bake for about 35 minutes or until the filling has set and is golden-brown.

HONEY'S BROCCOLI QUICHE: DELICIOUS, EASY, LOW FAT
This scrumptious, healthy broccoli quiche is quick, ridiculously easy, and oh-so-yummy! My grandmother made this quiche frequently to feed her five children! IMPORTANT NOTES: I put the package of frozen broccoli in the microwave for four minutes to thaw. Then, I drain it in a strainer and it's ready to be mixed in with everything else.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 F and bake pastry shell 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
- Cook chopped onion in margarine in a saucepan until tender, about five minutes.
- Put bouillon cubes into milk and microwave for two minutes. Make sure the bouillon is completely dissolved, and beat in eggs, nutmeg, and cumin.
- Toss cheese and flour. Add to egg mixture and stir well. Add thawed, drained broccoli (see note above) to the entire mixture and mix well. Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake for 30 minutes or until set.

- crust 1. Mix flour, cheese, oil and milk and place in the freezer for 10 minutes 2.Combine flour mixture with water, salt, and butter by hand. 3. Divide dough into 4 4. Roll out between pieces of wax paper 5. Refrigerate 30 minutes while preparing the filling filling 1. Mix the flour with the chopped vegetables 2. On low heat while stirring continuously, fry the vegetables in the olive oil until soft 3. Mix bacon and/or ham to the vegetable mixture, set aside 4. In another bowl mix liquids 1. Place rolled out crusts over pie dishes, carefully push the dough into the shape of the dish and roll up the edges. 2. Fill half of the depth of the pie dishes with vegetable mixture, press down 3. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Blind bake the pie crust. See notes above for details.
- In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage until it's no longer pink. Drain excess fat from the pan.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to the pan with the sausage along with 10-ounces of drained diced tomatoes and green chiles. Stir until cream cheese melts.
- Cool mixture about 5 minutes then stir in beaten eggs. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, if desired.
- Pour sausage mixture into pie crust.
- Bake quiche 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is brown and center of the quiche is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
DELICIOUS BASIL MUSHROOM QUICHE

- Unfold pie crust and smooth into 9-inch pie pan, crimp or flute edges. Set aside. Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until tender and lightly golden. Add the basil and the salt. Saute for about 3-5 more minutes and then set aside. If the pan is fairly dry, add about a teaspoon of olive oil and throw the mushrooms in on low heat. Saute mushrooms until slightly tender. [personal taste] Preheat the oven to 350 (my oven tends to run a little hot, 350 works perfect, 375 browns the quiche too much.) Thoroughly mix the eggs, milk, mustard, and flour and set aside. Combine all the grated cheeses. Sprinkle half of the cheese into the pie shell. Spread the sauteed onions over the cheese. Scatter on the olives and the sauteed mushrooms. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the pie. Cover with the remaining cheese and arrange the tomato slices attractively on top. Bake 38-40 minutes (again, in my oven that's all it takes, the first time you make it... at about 35 minutes start peeking at it occasionally to make sure it's not browning too much) or until the custard is set. Now, scoop the dog toys off the table, throw a diet coke on ice, hit the campy Italian music in the cd player and try to convince the man in your life that "Real men do SO eat quiche!"'
