This is an easy recipe. No heavy sauce or gravy..... just tender pork. Could be adapted to the oven.

Steps:
- Place raw pork in the crockpot/slowcooker.
- Sprinkle with all remaining ingredients. Turn pork to coat well.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, cinnamon, minced onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened, and set aside.
- Place pork in a shallow roasting pan and cover with about half of the cranberry mixture.
- Insert a meat thermometer.
- Cover with either lid or aluminum foil.
- Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with the remaining half of the sauce.
- Meat is done when thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Remove meat from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving, so that the juices will redistribute themselves.
DELICIOUS PORK LOIN CHOPS (IN A CROCK POT)
These pork chops are so easy to make with only 2 ingredients and they are so tender and have a delicious taste with the onion mushroom gravy that they are cooked in. I like to serve these with mash potatoes or rice topped with the gravy they were cooked in..

Steps:
- 1. This is so good and you only need 2 main ingredients other than your pork chops.
- 2. Place the chops in a hot skillet , season your chops with garlic powder if desired , I love the flavor of garlic.
- 3. Brown both sides of chops just until nicely browned.
- 4. Place your chops evenly in your crockpot.
- 5. Mix up the soup mix with the cans of soup until all combined together.
- 6. Pour creamed mixture over top of the chops.
- 7. Make sure all the chops are covered evenly with the mixture , I even place some in between the chops if they are resting on each other.
- 8. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 7 hrs. You could cook it up to 8 hrs if need be.
- 9. Serve with mashed potatoes and use the mushroom sauce as the gravy for the potatoes.
THE MOST DELICIOUS MAPLE GLAZED PORK LOIN
Wow, wow, wow is all I can say about this recipe. This recipe was taken from the KC Barbeque Society Cookbook and was submitted by Bob Zaban. We make a lot of pork loin in our house and I have to say this is the best recipe we've tried yet. Fancy enough for a nice dinner party and so flavorful. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Steps:
- Rub pork loin with mixture of ginger and salt.
- Insert meat thermometer in the thickest part of the pork loin.
- Arrange hot coals around drip pan in covered grill; place the pork loin fat side up on grill rack over drip pan.
- Grill with the lid down for 2-2 1/2 hours or to 170 degrees on meat thermometer.
- Baste frequently with mixture of barbeque sauce, maple syrup and orange rind during the last hour of cooking.
- Remove to serving platter and cut into thin slices.
- Garnish with red grapes, green grapes and parsley sprigs (optional).

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In an ovenproof skillet or dutch oven , stir butter and honey over medium heat, until butter is melted.
- 2. Remove any silver skin from the loin.
- 3. Liberally sprinkle loin with cayenne pepper, Cajun seasoning and pepper.
- 4. Brown each side of the loin for about 5 minutes in the honey butter. Making sure not to burn the honey. Lower the heat if honey begins to burn.
- 5. Now, place the skillet in the oven, uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Do not over cook.
- 6. When the loin is finished; remove to a serving platter, cover with foil and let rest while you cook down the remaining honey/butter sauce.
- 7. In the same pan, add the water, scraping the bottom of pan to get any browned bits loosened. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until sauce is reduced and thickening. ( sauce will be an auburn color )
- 8. Now, slice your pork, and drizzle with the sauce. Enjoy!! It's delicious!!!
DELICIOUS! BACON-WRAPPED PORK LOIN
Steps:
- PREHEAT oven to 400°F. CREATE a glaze: Combine peach preserves with 1 or more finely diced chipotles and 1 large crushed clove of garlic. Set aside. ON cutting board, butterfly pork tenderloin, and pound with meat tenderizer to even thickness. SPREAD chorizo over tenderloin. Spread PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread down center and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. ROLL-UP tenderloin. Using slices of bacon, wrap tenderloin until covered. Secure with toothpicks, if needed. PLACE bacon-wrapped loin in cast iron, or heavy bottom fry pan. Cook until bacon is browned on all sides. Remove from fry pan and place in foil-lined baking dish. BAKE for 25 minutes or until tenderloin reaches 160-165ºF, coating with glaze during the last 5-10 minutes of baking. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. CREATE caramelized bacon (yum!): Dice remainder of bacon into small to medium pieces. Using the same fry pan, brown until crispy. Drain off excess bacon drippings, leaving behind 1 to 2 tablespoons. In pan, add a few grinds of fresh pepper and 1/3 or more cups of brown sugar. Stir bacon to coat with sugar mixture. Cook over low heat until bubbly, be careful not to burn! Remove from pan. NOW that your tenderloin is glazed, cooked and cooled, and your caramelized bacon is complete, it is time to serve. Slice tenderloin, and place on a beautiful serving platter. This dish can be easily doubled or tripled making it a great dish to serve buffet style at your next party!
