DELICIOUS, GOOEY, WHOLE WHEAT PROTEIN BARS
This is a recipe I came up with by picking and choosing my favorite ingredients from other protein bars I've tried. Healthy, delicious, and easy to make!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix apple, banana, yogurt, almond butter, and eggs together in a bowl. Mix flour, chocolate chips, and protein powder together in a large bowl. Stir apple mixture into flour mixture until well combined; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.

WHOLE WHEAT ENERGY BARS
This recipe came from Shape magazine! I like it because it uses whole wheat flour and offers 4 grams of fiber!

Steps:
- Pre heat over to 325 F
- Line a 9 inch square baking pan with foil
- spritz with oil spray & Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine rolled oats, flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In another bowl stir together rice syrup, oil, egg and mix together.
- add wet ingredients to dry stirring together.
- mix in dried fruit and almonds.
- spread batter onto the prepared pan.
- evening out batter as much as possible with rubber spatula.
- bake 30 to 345 minutes or until lightly browned and firm to the touch in the center.
- let cool for 10 minutes
- invert on to cutting board and cut into quarters
- cut quarters into 3 bars
- store in an air tight container.
- keeps for several days.

WHOLE WHEAT GRANOLA SNACK BARS
These very healthy granola snack bars full of nutritional value but not lacking in taste! Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Combine oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Stir in honey, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir in walnuts and cranberries. Mix until all ingredients are combined evenly and coated. Press into the prepared pan and flatten until even.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack for 20 minutes. Cut into bars. Gently flip the pan over; bars will come out if pan was properly greased.
