Assorted Primo Taglio® sandwich meats (like roast beef, ham, turkey, salami, and prosciutto)
Cooked bacon
A selection of Primo Taglio® sandwich cheeses (such as cheddar, provolone, fresh mozzarella, Muenster and/or white American cheese)
Assorted breads (such as sandwich bread, rolls, ciabatta and/or rye bread)
Lettuce
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced pickles
Sliced red onions
Basil
Avocado slices
Mayo
Butter
Cream cheese
Chicken (or tuna salad)
Peanut butter
Jam
Mustard
Ketchup
Balsamic Glaze
Flaky Salt
Pepper

Steps:

  • Cover a large platter, tray or board with parchment paper for easier clean-up.
  • Fill small bowls with the condiments, seasonings and spreads. Arrange them on the platter.
  • Arrange the meat and cheese around the serving surface. Then, fill the empty spaces with the bread and toppings.

1 3/4 lbs sliced deli turkey
1 3/4 lbs sliced deli ham
1 3/4 lbs sliced deli roast beef
1 1/4 lbs sliced deli provolone cheese
1 1/4 lbs sliced deli cheddar cheese
lettuce leaf, large (to line platter)

Steps:

  • Place lettuce leaves on large rectangular platter.
  • Fold each turkey slice into thirds.
  • Roll each ham slice loosely.
  • Fold each roast beef slice in half.
  • Place turkey, ham and roast beef on platter according to diagram (see picture).

How to Make a Meat and Cheese Tray image

Meat and cheese trays are a great appetizer or an easy way for guests to make their own sandwiches. Perfect for parties, potlucks, BBQs, or family gatherings!

10 slices deli ham
10 slices deli turkey
10 slices deli roast beef
8 slices Cheddar cheese
8 slices Swiss cheese
Green leaf lettuce (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Fold or roll each deli meat and place on tray in stacks (see notes above). Space meat apart on a tray or if using a round platter or plate, place in a ring leaving an open space in the middle.
  • Place 8 slices of each type of cheese in a stack and cut diagonally into triangles. Fan out each stack of cheese and place on on the tray.
  • Garnish with green leaf lettuce and/or fruit in the empty spaces on the tray.
  • Serve with dinner rolls or bread.
