1 box vanilla instant pudding ((3.4 ounces))
1 container whipped topping ((8 ounces))
1½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup crushed pecans
¼ cup maraschino cherries (halved and patted dry)

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple and pudding mix. Stir to combine, and set aside for 5 minutes to set.
  • Once set, fold in whipped topping, marshmallows, pecans, and cherries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until chilled.

½ (.6 ounce) package sugar-free lime-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
24 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Combine cottage cheese and gelatin in a bowl and stir until well combined. Add drained pineapple and mix well. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate until set, 2 to 3 hours.

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 cup crushed pretzel
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Steps:

  • Mix crushed pretzels and sugar in a square cake pan.
  • Slice butter into patties and place on top of mixture.
  • Bake at 450 for 7 minutes, stirring once.
  • While that is baking, combine cream cheese and sugar until blended.
  • Add pineapple and cool whip (you may not want use all of the cool whip-it's just your personal preference).
  • Add pretzel mix JUST before serving.
