CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CAKE
If you need to learn how to make chocolate cake from scratch, this easy homemade chocolate cake recipe is a perfect place to start. It appeared on a can of Hershey's cocoa way back in 1943. I tried it, my boys liked it, and I've been making it ever since. -Betty Follas, Morgan Hill, California

Steps:
- 1. Mix eggs, oil, water and sour cream (I have used plain greek yogurt as a substitute when I didn't have sour cream) - mix well with a spoon.
- 2. Add pudding and cake mix. Mix with electric mixer, medium speed, 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips - mix well with a spoon.
- 3. Grease bundt pan well. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out pretty clean. You can dust with powdered sugar for a prettier presentation if you like.
