1 c shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 small cream cheese, 8oz room temperature
1 c monterey jack cheese
2-3 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
1/4 c onion chopped fine
1/4 c celery chopped fine
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1-2 Tbsp horseradish
3 Tbsp hellmanns (don't use cheap mayonnaise or miracle whip) no substitute here.
club crackers (i prefer multi-grain) or your favorite kind of crackers

Steps:

  • 1. Gather all of the ingredients and then finely chop shrimp, onions and celery
  • 2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
  • 3. Taste test for seasoning, modify as you see fit, then add cheese.
  • 4. Chill and serve. Bet you can't eat just one cracker full.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4.5 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
1 (8 ounce) jar cocktail sauce

Steps:

  • Place the cream cheese in the center of a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, gently blend the shrimp and cocktail sauce. Pour the mixture over the cream cheese. Refrigerate until serving.
