Simple holiday punch recipe made with fresh fruit juices and lemon-lime soda. Easy to make and such a delicious combination!

4 cups pineapple juice
4 cups cranberry juice
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 liters lemon-lime soda
1 cup fresh cranberries ((optional, for garnish))
orange slices ((optional, for garnish))

Steps:

  • Chill all ingredients thoroughly. Combine the pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and orange juice in a punch bowl.
  • Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda and stir to combine. Add cranberries and orange slices for garnish. Add ice if desired. Serve with a ladle.

2 pints raspberry sherbet
1/2 gallon cranberry juice (or a mix of cranberry and pomegranate juices), well chilled
1 2-liter bottle ginger ale, well chilled

Steps:

  • Line a baking pan with parchment, place scoops of the sherbet in the pan and freeze until firm, 30 minutes.
  • Place the frozen scoops of sherbet in a large punch bowl and add the cranberry juice and ginger ale; stir gently. Serve immediately.

1 package (6 ounces) cherry gelatin
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
6 cups cold water
2 liters ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In a 4-qt. freezer-proof container, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Stir in pineapple juice and cold water. Cover and freeze overnight. Remove 2 hours before serving. Place in a punch bowl; stir in ginger ale just before serving.

This is my dad's Christmas punch recipe. We enjoyed it for many years, and continue to enjoy it even though he isn't around to share it with us anymore. Just combine all ingredients and make sure there's a designated driver.

1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
2 cups Sauternes wine
2 cups pineapple juice
¼ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine cold duck, strawberries, Sauternes wine, pineapple juice, sugar, and lemon juice in a punch bowl, stirring gently to dissolve sugar.
