Steps:
- Drain your chicken and shred with two forks.
- Mix together your shredded chicken and your soup in your crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper to your taste.
- If you added salt and pepper, stir everything together until it is well blended.
- Spoon your chicken mixture onto your favorite bun and add some pickle slices if you please!

- Combine onion and ginger in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken, and pulse until well blended.
- Place chicken in a 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker and cover with sauce.
- Cover, set on low, and cook for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender, 3-4 hours on high. Enjoy!

- Rub jerk seasoning generously over chicken thighs.
- place pepper and onion in bottom of crock pot.
- Place chicken over vegetables.
- In a small bowl, combine broth and ketchup; mix well.
- Pour broth mixture over chicken.
- Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken from crock pot and shred.
- Return to crock pot and mix well.
- With a slotted spoon place chicken mixture into buns.
