- In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. , Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until bubbly., Increase heat to high; stir in pasta, spinach and cheeses. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

I believe this is an old Weight Watchers Recipe. It's a good way to get a little spinach in your child's diet.

- Place all ingredients, EXCEPT for cooked pasta, spinach and cheeses) in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until bubbly. Increase slow cooker to high; stir in pasta, spinach and cheeses. ( I add the pasta already cooked) Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheeses are melted. ( It may be done sooner since pasta is cooked. You just need the cheeses melted)
- For those that are on low carb diets, or not big fans of pasta, this is also delicious over spaghetti squash.

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
- 2. Put in crock-pot and add sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cook for 6-7 hours on low.
- 3. Add the last 4 ingredients during the last 30 minutes of cooking and turn crock-pot to high. Add fresh spinach, pasta, Parmesan and 1 cup of the mozzarella and mix well.
- 4. Add the last 1/2 cup of mozzarella to melt on the top.
