CROCK POT - HAWAIIAN PORK
PORK never tasted so good!!! Tender, juicy pineapple sauce sends this recipe to the top of the scale! Not too sweet and a beautiful dish for guests! Easy dinner while you work or shop. Serve on top of buttered rice!

Steps:
- In a skillet lightly brown pork pieces slowly in vegetable oil. Remove from skillet and place in bottom of crock pot.
- In same skillet cook onion and celery just until tender, but not browned.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 1 minute. Pour sauce over pork pieces in crock pot.
- Turn crock pot on high for 1st hour and then to low for 3-4 hours.
- Note: If using optional green pepper, brown with onion and celery.
- Note: If you want sauce thicker, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch during last 30 minutes.
- Great served over buttered rice!
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Trim fat from steaks. In a large skillet, brown steaks on both sides in hot oil. Drain off fat. Transfer steaks to slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine undrained pineapple, green pepper, brown sugar, tapioca, ketchup, soy sauce and dry mustard. Pour over steaks.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3 1/2-4 hours. Serve meat and sauce over hot rice.
- Enjoy!

HAWAIIAN STYLE PORK CHOPS - CROCK POT
I love dressed-up pork. Pork is a blah and bland piece of meat that when combined with marinades and tropical fruits takes on a wonderful flavorful meat dish.

Steps:
- 1. Place chops in crock pot.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, hoisin sauce, salt and pepper.
- 3. Drain juice from pineapple chunks and add juice to mustard mixture, reserve the pineapple chunks.
- 4. Pour the sauce over chops in the crock pot.
- 5. Cover and cook on low, 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
- 6. Remove chops and keep warm.
- 7. Turn to high.
- 8. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch with water. Stir cornstarch mixture into the juices in the crock pot.
- 9. Cover and cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 10. Stir in pineapple chunks and papaya.
- 11. Serve chops with sauce and add coconut and macadamia nuts if desired.
