A lightened-up version of one of my favorite recipes! It's delicious served over brown rice or egg noodles.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and frozen
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • Place frozen chicken in slow cooker.
  • Top with soup mix, 2 cans of soup and chicken broth.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  • Add mushrooms and continue cooking on high for 30 minutes.
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

An easy to make, creamy, delicious meal which is true comfort food. Start it when you're leaving for the day and come home to a great dinner. Wonderful served over rice, noodles, bow tie pasta, etc.

2 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into medium pieces
2 Tbsp butter
1 can(s) (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can(s) (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c sherry wine
1 can(s) (4 ounces) mushrooms, sliced, drained

Steps:

  • 1. Place chicken pieces in slow cooker.
  • 2. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat until smooth and hot. Pour over chicken.
  • 3. Cover, cook over low hear 6-8 hours. Serve wonderful sauce over rice or noodles.

12 jar mushroom gravy
1 cup milk
8 ox cream cheese, cubed
4 1/2 oz can chopped green chilies
1 pkg dry Itaqlian salad dressing

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on low 6 hours. Serve over noodles or rice, mashed potatoes, brown gravy
